BOOKING POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE
Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you for your understanding and adherence to the following:
Consultations. As we strive to create ‘beautiful hair’ and complete satisfaction for every guest, we prefer to consult and quote on services prior to commencement. Although we do not offer a refund for change of mind, we will endeavour to reasonably correct hair that does not meet the agreed consultation.
Deposits. All new guest appointments and specialty services may require a 50% deposit upon booking.
Cancellation Fee. If you are unable to attend your appointment please call us to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior. If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior you will forfeit your deposit or incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Confirmations. We will send you a text 4 days prior to your appointment requesting your confirmation, and reserve the right to cancel an unconfirmed appointment.
Sundays & Public Holidays. Discounts are not accepted on these days, and all services incur a 15% pricing increase on Sundays.
Payments. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Afterpay, and ZipPay, and some credit cards may incur a surcharge.
Refunds & Exchanges. We will gladly exchange unopened retail items within 7 days of purchase when returned with a receipt. We do not refund for change of mind.

Creating soft natural lived-in colour is our trademark. We are experts in balayage colour. We love its versatility – from producing a beautiful, natural sun-kissed hair colour to the more bolder balayage results.
We also specialise in soft, natural micro foiling; it allows our colour specialist to add subtle highlights to your natural hair colour so we can again achieve that lived-in colour result.
